Regional Sales Representative

Location - Montreal

Position Overview

Due to continued growth our client has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Regional Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. Responsible for executing the defined sales strategy in Quebec.Primary responsibility includes the management of the companies distributor branches, dental schools and federal business. Distributor rep co-travel and product training is a key aspect of this position. Accountable for achieving sales quota for the region and building an overall territory sales plan leading to sales growth. Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients

  • Meet and exceed territory sales targets

  • Proactively contact customers including schools and dental offices to further promote the Companies profile and product value.

  • Monitor and report competitive activity within region

  • Identify and communicate new business and/or product enhancement opportunities

  • Communicate with Internal management on territory activities

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree in business or related Healthcare field.

  • 5+ years of sales experience.(Prior Dental industry given preference)

  • Successful history of calling on Dental Distributors is ideal

  • Dental Hygiene Experience a plus

  • Able to travel extensively to provide customer support and Sales Consultant development.

  • Consistent history of establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external customers, and teamwork with internal support personnel.

  • Strong presentation skills and confidence.

  • High level of proficiency in relevant software programs (including Salesforce.com, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and automated sales forms/tools.
