Product Support Specialist
Location - West GTA
Our Client is a global leader in Industrial Automation and the implementation of integrated solutions for the Canadian market. Due to continued growth we are seeking dynamic candidates to join their team of professionals.
Position ; Product Support Specialist
Key Accountabilities:
Respond to all technical questions from Sales Representatives and customers in a timely manner.
Correspond with Technical Support HQ to obtain up-to-date technical information
Maintenance of an accurate technical information library on company products
Process and monitoring of complaints regarding products with the Quality department in Europe
Prepare and deliver technical training material for our inside and outside sales staff
Provide website navigation support to customers and sales reps
Serve as a back when requested
Other duties and tasks as assigned

Completion of post secondary program in one of the following areas: Electrical/Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics 3-5 years experience in pneumatic automation, industrial automation,electrical or electronic.
Experience and knowledge of sensors (e.g. proximity, flow and pressure sensors) preferred PLC programming knowledge and experience in Industrial networks
Customer Service experience is an asset Proficiency with MS Office and hands-on experience with SAP is an asset Fluent English verbal and written communication skills required
Bilingual (French/English) verbal and written communication skills are an asset.
Salary- Commensurate with experience
