Manufacturing Electrical Specialist
Due to growth our client has an opening for a dynamic individual to join their team.
Location - Burlington
Functions;
• Controls and electrical wiring
• Trouble shooting instrumentation and wiring issues
• Plastic and ridged electrical conduit installation
• FAT support for confirmation of correct wire terminations and instrument programming
• Other skills necessary to build the equipment as per plans and spec’s
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of assigned tools and support equipment
• Insure that the manufactured equipment is wired to quality standards
• Basic Knowledge of GMP and ISO 9001:2015
• Daily housekeeping of shop/personal work area
• Maintain stock levels of electrical components & other items used in the completion of our manufactured equipment
• Knowledge of employee policy manual requirements
• Knowledge of material handling and tracking procedures and methods
• Follow Company Quality management system processes (including ISO and GMP requirements)
• Certified powered lift truck operator

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for role:
• Read and assemble using process & instrumentation drawing (P&ID)
• Read and assemble using scale and general arrangement drawing (GA)
• Read and assemble using electrical schematics drawings
• Understanding of vendor supplied electrical drawings and instructional manuals
• Ability to identify design issues and communicate these to the appropriate persons
• Ability to cope with design changes in an efficient manner
• Basic Knowledge of GMP and ISO 9001:2015
• Programable logic control (PLC) knowledge (Allen Bradley preferred)
Salary - Commensurate with experience
