Outside Sales Representative
Our client is looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to help them meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Responsibilities;
Continually sourcing out and identifying new opportunities for Product offerings – valves/fittings/pipes
Communicate with existing customers to resolve complex product issues, ensuring the appropriate products are being used, have alternate suggestions and solutions that best meet the customer’s needs and communicate accordingly;
Ensure understanding of all requirements of customers’ needs in order to assist inside sales with a timely and correct quote;
Review terms and conditions of RFP;
Log quotations and provide direction for products, strategy and margins;
Complete preliminary control valve sizing using Performance software;
Manage/participate in large projects as required;
Daily updates in CRM database.
Candidate must own a vehicle and valid drivers license, compensation for the km will be provided
Selected candidate will be able to work from his home and will report to the Sales Manager
Preference for candidates that have experience in valve and instrumentation
Requirements;
Solid background of the valve industry.
Ability to take the initiative to learn about the industry’s products and knowledge;
Excellent communication skills
Curious about clients’ needs and processes;
Proven ability to coach and support members of the team as well as working as part of the team;
Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and improve and the willingness to adapt to change;
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Process Engineering or relevant work experience.
Salary plus commission
