Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist

Our client has a great opportunity for a talented Inside Sales Representative to join their team! We are seeking a salesperson (not an order taker) whom proactively seeks new business as well as revives old accounts.

Location - Montreal

Position Summary;

Providing top-notch customer sales and service to clients.Fundamental product and technology knowledge in valves (ie butterfly,check valves,knife gate etc ) and so on.

Duties and Responsibilities: · Process moderately complex incoming customer enquiries via telephone, internet, and facsimile electronic media.. · Generate formal quotations with emphasis on product cross selling. · Process customer orders and maintain customer master data files. · Lead and quotation follow up.

Key Requirements:

Bilingual French and English(spoken and written) · Strong customer orientation. · Processing of all official customer communication. · Team player, willing to assist other employees in accomplishment of assigned responsibilities as requested.

Education/Qualifications: · Minimum post-secondary technical diploma, 2-5 years related industry experience, automation industry experience is an asset. · Excellent knowledge of Internet use as a business tool.

Compensation – Commensurate with experience.
