Our client has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic,energetic person to join their growing team.

Location - Edmonton The Outside Technical Sales Representative is responsible for leading and growing revenue and profitability of their assigned territory. The successful candidate is responsible for working cross-functionally to service all customers in their assigned territory, meet local budget objectives, and support all company initiatives and policies.

Major Responsibilities Meet quarterly and annual business growth objectives for assigned territory. Build, implement, and monitor local and regional market development initiatives. Create and maintain sales plans to penetrate new and existing customers. Support the local and regional development of the company’s National Account customers. Identify new local and regional customer relationships to capture incremental revenue. Expand business with customers into additional company products and services. Develop and manage a pipeline of monthly and quarterly revenue growth opportunities. Establish weekly schedule of daily customer meetings and document progress weekly. Provide timely, accurate, and complete service to customers within assigned territory. Coordinate with Marketing to develop and implement promotional programs for territory. Attend targeted local and regional industry association conferences and tradeshow events. Participate and contribute to company meetings, conference calls, and other activities.

Key Qualifications Bachelor or Associate degree in Arts or Science, or other related secondary education 3 to 5 years of Environmental Service or other transferable industry experience Hands on experience with environmental test and environmental test and measurement equipment (preferred) NDT a plus!Excellent leadership, self-initiative, resource utilization, and time management skills Proven track record delivering results, utilizing resources, and working in team environment Solid interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation, and computer skills Ability to Travel (primarily between Edmonton and Calgary)
