Customer Service Representative - Inside sales - Industrial Products

Our client has an opening for an exciting inside sales opportunity serving the Central GTA and east to Cobourg. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and engaged in the daily activities of a busy branch. This role is working with customers and suppliers in the sale of MRO, Safety and Industrial Products to new and existing clients. Salary, benefits, bonus program are competitive within the industry.

Responsibilities:

Answer the phone

Receive and respond to incoming emails

Quotations

Order entry

Research on customer inquiries

Maintain an organized call log Engage with clients in a positive manner over the phone.

Participation in company/vendor training.

Qualifications:

Technical Diploma/Certificate

Minimum 2 years experience preferred Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills and able to work independently.

Proven background in building and maintaining solid relationships.

Customer & Solution oriented.

Highly organized To critically think and act on customer requirements and standard processes.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

SAP experience an asset
