HVAC Sales Manager

Our client is a leading provider of electronic control valves and actuators, driving innovation in the commercial building automation marketplace. They are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager (Commercial HVAC) to join our team and capitalize on growth opportunities in the Ontario region.






Key Responsibilities: 


• Drive sales growth and increase market share within the assigned territory. 

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with HVAC contractors and potential customers through various communication channels.

• Educate clients on Company Commercial product offerings via presentations, meetings, and discussions. 

• Provide technical support and propose solutions to customer challenges. 

• Track HVAC projects and develop winning project strategies, including influencing specifications and coordinating bids. 

• Prepare quotations based on project specifications and customer needs. 

• Follow up on quotations and maintain detailed records of project opportunities using CRM software (MSD365). 

• Conduct technical presentations for customers. 

• Prospect for new customers and opportunities to expand Company reach.



Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s Degree or 3–10 years of relevant experience in the Commercial HVAC industry.

• Experience with control contracting is required.

• Knowledge of building automation and DDC products.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. 

• Valid Driver’s License and personal automobile for business use.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong presentation skills.

• Travel required: 40-50% 

• Must have a suitable home office space.


Salary - Commensurate
