Senior Service & Parts Manager -West GTA
Our client has a great opportunity for a knowledgeable and proactive Senior Service & Parts Manager to lead their Inside sales and Technical team. This role is essential in ensuring the timely quoting of parts and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment systems, management and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop overall strategy for the growth of the spare parts, preventative and calibrations services.
• Create, facilitate and manage a business plan to continually grow the parts and service business.
• Track KPI’s and targets for each product category
• Presents results quarterly to senior management
• Activity promotes spare parts, preventative maintenance and calibration packages to new and existing clients.
• Analysis of existing customer database for parts and service opportunities.
• Research and target companies that use water treatment for opportunities to sell parts, service, calibration and preventative maintenance.
• Analyze customer consumable parts are in line with normal operation of the equipment • Responsible for profitability/margin of S&P Business
• Manage and lead inside sales team for continual business growth, new sales initiatives and to support proposal generation (accuracy and timeliness)
• Travel 25% +- of the time to customer sites both in the United States and Canada as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Deep understanding of products and services used in the purified water industry preferred.
• Proficient in running queries in ERP systems. • Ability to review and analyze departmental financial data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in addressing customer and staff needs, resolving issues promptly.
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Technical aptitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Educational requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in water treatment or similar technical business.
• University engineering degree or Diploma in a field of engineering.
Salary - Commensurate with experience
